St George's Hall has ramped entrances and a lift giving step-free access on the ground floor; the William Brown Street entrance is used for Great Hall and Concert Room events. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are on the ground floor, with a Changing Places facility in the centre of the building reachable by lift. Trained guide, hearing and assistance dogs are welcome, and a limited number of Blue Badge bays are on William Brown Street (note the road surface there is cobbled). For assistance, contact the venue by email or speak to staff at the information desk on arrival.
