What is the recommended arrival time for the event?

We recommend arriving at least thirty minutes prior to the concert start time to ensure you are seated in your purchased zone. The concert will begin promptly, and latecomers will not be permitted to enter. Please note that tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

What happens if I am late for the event?

If you arrive late, you will not be allowed entry and will not receive a refund.

What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes entry to a music concert

How will I know where my seat is?

Your seat is assigned to a specific zone based on the visibility you selected when purchasing your ticket. Upon arrival, an usher will guide you to your seating zone on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you do not need to print your ticket. Simply show your ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

What is the policy on photography and video during the performance?

Photography and video of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance, except for the last song. You may take photos and videos during the final piece without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I bring my child to the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend, and those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Phones must be on silent mode for the entirety of the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece without flash, as directed by the musicians.

Can I leave my seat to use the bathroom during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, guests are asked to remain in their seats except in case of emergency.

Will beverages be available at the event?

Beverage availability varies by concert hall, but as a general rule, no beverages or food are allowed inside the venue. Guests may bring water with them.

Can I get a refund?

RED EVENTS tickets are non-refundable. However, in the event of postponement, a change in venue, significant alterations to the event (including modifications to the music festival lineup), or if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributed to RED EVENTS, customers are kindly requested to reach out to RED EVENTS directly. In such cases, customers can request a voucher for the same ticket, which can be redeemed at a later date, or opt for an equivalent amount to be utilized towards other plans available through the request.
