The Franciscan Church / Couvent des Cordeliers (Rue de Morat, Fribourg) is only partially wheelchair accessible: according to the Ginto accessibility guide, the convent is difficult to access by wheelchair because of door thresholds and sills. A secondary entrance has an outdoor ramp (4%, no handrail) and inside a ramp (5%) leads to reception; a lift is available. There is no wheelchair-accessible toilet (the WCs are too narrow and not adapted). An accessible parking space is about 15 m from the entrance (2% slope). Please contact the venue or RED EVENTS in advance to arrange access.

No step-free accessible toilets are available. Standard toilets (one men’s and one women’s) are located near the convent entrance at Rue de Morat 6 and are reachable from the church only by stairs. Additional toilets for musicians and singers are located above the sacristy. Public toilets are also available approximately 200 m away at Place des Ormeaux (bus stop).

The Couvent des Cordeliers does not have its own parking facilities. However, paid parking spaces are available nearby at the following locations: * Opposite the Café des Arcades, at Place des Ormeaux 1 * Opposite the Cordeliers Church, in front of the Hôtel de la Rose * Opposite the restaurant La Grenette, at Place Notre-Dame 4 * Less than a 7-minute walk from the church, at Rue de Morat 34–36, at HEP II, next to the city walls * At Parking des Alpes, about a 10-minute walk away via Rue de Lausanne * About a 10-minute walk away, at Chemin de Mont-Revers 11, near the city walls and the Mercure Hotel Several other car parks are available in the area, but these are considered the most convenient for your audience.
