Step-free access is available via the main public entrance, the same one used by all visitors.

An accessible toilet is available towards the back of the main church, within the ladies' and gents' facilities and clearly signposted.

A companion attends free of charge with a valid Access Card.
- Levels
There is no balcony at this venue; all seating is on the ground floor.
Getting there & parking
Blue Badge holders can park in the lane directly outside the church, opposite the Alms House, though spaces are very limited and restricted to a maximum of two hours. On-street parking is available on High Street West, and accessible spaces can be found at The Bridges multi-storey car park, a short walk from the Minster.
