The Handelsbeurs Concertzaal (Ha Concerts), Kouter 29 in Ghent, is wheelchair accessible: let the venue know in advance and a ramp will be prepared at the entrance, and wheelchair users are advised to arrive at least half an hour before the concert. Staff guide visitors to the designated wheelchair spaces, an adapted toilet is available, and the basement-level toilets are reached by a lift.
