Reid Concert Hall has step-free access at its accessible entrance (signed 'Museum of Instruments Entrance'), reached via a slight ramp, and step-free access by ramp into the auditorium, though that ramp is steep and has no handrails. There are designated wheelchair spaces with room to manoeuvre and space for an assistance dog to rest, and an accessible toilet on the ground floor next to the accessible entrance. Assistance dogs are welcome and staff are trained to support additional needs. For help planning your visit, contact the venue or RED EVENTS to arrange assistance.
