Accessibility
- Wheelchair access
Newcastle Cathedral offers level access via the East Entrance (through the South Churchyards) and the West Entrance, which has a manually activated automatic door. Most areas are wheelchair accessible using wheelchair lifts, except the Crypt and Lantern Tower; there are accessible toilets, a hearing loop in the Nave, and a Braille and tactile floor plan at the orientation table. Assistance dogs are welcome, and a wheelchair is available to borrow on request. To arrange support, contact the cathedral on 0191 232 1939 in advance.
What VIP means here. VIP tickets offer the best seats in the house — front or central, with the finest acoustics and view. Exact perks can vary by concert.
