About venue

The Cattedrale dell’Immagine is one of Florence’s most extraordinary immersive spaces — an ancient Romanesque church reborn as Italy’s first permanent centre dedicated to immersive digital art. Monumental projections and moving light merge with the historic architecture, so that every concert here becomes a fully enveloping experience.

Doors open 30 minutes before the start

Out of respect for guests and performers, late entry may not be permitted. We cannot guarantee your original seats after the concert begins.

Accessibility

  • Wheelchair access

The Cattedrale dell'Immagine (the former church of Santo Stefano al Ponte) is accessible to electric wheelchairs up to 120 kg: two lifts give access to the immersive area and to the crypt, where there is a toilet accessible to people with motor disabilities. Reaching the crypt still requires going down a short flight of stairs. Small and medium-sized animals (including guide dogs) and strollers are allowed. The VR experience, located in the Choir, is currently not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

What VIP means here. VIP tickets offer the best seats in the house — front or central, with the finest acoustics and view. Exact perks can vary by concert.
