St George's Hall has ramped entrances and a lift giving step-free access on the ground floor; the William Brown Street entrance is used for Great Hall and Concert Room events. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are on the ground floor, with a Changing Places facility in the centre of the building reachable by lift. Trained guide, hearing and assistance dogs are welcome, and a limited number of Blue Badge bays are on William Brown Street (note the road surface there is cobbled).
