While the main entrance has eight steps, there is a step-free accessible entrance about 28 metres to the north (towards Carfax) with ramped access and automatic doors, plus an intercom to reach staff. Inside there is a lift, three wheelchair-accessible toilets fitted with emergency cords, and a wheelchair available to borrow on request at reception. Assistance and service dogs are welcome, and Blue Badge parking bays are available nearby on St Aldate's and surrounding streets.
