Why are your concerts unique?
We strive to create a truly special concert experience. Our events combine carefully curated repertoires, professional musicians, atmospheric venues, and thoughtful visual details such as lighting and décor. Each concert is designed not just as a performance, but as a musical journey.
What is the venue address?
The address of the venue can be found in the card of a specific concert.
How long is the concert?
Most of our concerts last 60 minutes, but some programs are 75 minutes long, also there are programs with intervals. Information about the duration of the event can be found in the event description on our website. Please note that there may be an organisational delay of up to 15 minutes before the performance begins.
Are there any age restrictions?
Mainly our events have an age restriction 6+. However, this may vary depending on the program and venue. Please check the event description for specific age recommendations. Children require a separate ticket. This allows us to guarantee that every guest, including children, has their own seat and can enjoy the concert comfortably.
What is the difference between VIP tickets and regular tickets?
VIP tickets usually offer the best seating locations in the venue, such as the front rows or central areas with optimal acoustics and visibility. In some venues, VIP tickets may also include additional benefits. The exact differences depend on the specific concert and venue.
Can I exchange my tickets for another concert?

Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photo and video policies depend on the venue and performers. In most cases, discreet photography without flash is allowed, but professional filming is not permitted. Please follow the venue’s guidelines during the event.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive after the concert has started, entry may be temporarily restricted in order not to disturb the performers and other guests. In some cases, latecomers may be seated in alternative available seats and invited to move to their original seats during a suitable pause, if possible. We kindly recommend arriving at the venue in advance to ensure the best experience.
How is the ticket price formed?
Ticket prices are determined by several factors, including venue rental costs, musicians’ fees, production and technical expenses, and organisational costs. Pricing may also vary depending on seating category and city.
What happens if the concert is postponed or cancelled?
If the concert is cancelled or postponed to a new date, we will inform ticket holders via email as soon as possible and provide available options such as rescheduling or vouchers.
