Angelo Badalamenti
Angelo Badalamenti created the dreamlike, unsettling sound of Twin Peaks. Hear his music performed live.
Angelo Badalamenti (1937–2022) was David Lynch's essential musical collaborator, composing the smoky, sorrowful themes of Twin Peaks, Blue Velvet and Mulholland Drive. His music — slow jazz, shimmering synth pads, aching melody — became inseparable from Lynch's surreal worlds, influencing generations of composers. Performed live, "Laura Palmer's Theme" and the Twin Peaks music cast their full hypnotic spell.
