Step-free access is available, and all entrances are accessible to wheelchair users. The main public entrance for events is the South door on High Street.

An accessible toilet is available in the Cathedral cloister, next to the North door.

- Niveaus
The raised section in the Cathedral (the Crossing) is fully accessible and on the same level as the main entrance. The gallery at the West End is reached by stairs only, but it is not used for audience seating.
Bereikbaarheid & parkeren
There is no onsite parking for audience members. The nearest car park is on Grand Parade, with further parking available at Gunwharf Quays shopping centre.
