About event

A unique concert will take place on August 15th at 19:30 at the stunning Kensington United Reformed Church. The evening will feature the music of the world-renowned composer Hans Zimmer, presented in a vividly colorful performance by the contemporary orchestra Mystery Ensemble.

Zimmer is the composer behind the soundtracks for James Bond films, “Interstellar”, “Inception”, “Dune”, “Gladiator”, “Pirates of the Caribbean”, and many other blockbuster hits.

Hans Zimmer is one of the most famous, influential, and commercially successful film composers of the 21st century. He has had a profound impact on the recent history of Hollywood cinema and pop culture as a whole. Born into a Jewish family in Germany, he moved to London as a child. After the early loss of his father, Hans found solace in music.

In Hollywood, Hans Zimmer is often referred to as the «German machine.» Throughout his long career, he has never slowed down or compromised on quality. A master of breathtaking, intense symphonic passages and electronics, Zimmer has gained particular fame through his collaborations with director Christopher Nolan, working on nearly all of his films.

Duration: 60 minutes (doors will open 60 mins prior to the scheduled start time and late entry is not permitted)
