Ensemble Conventi

Ensemble Conventi is a flexible international ensemble founded in Belgium in 2022. Since its creation, the ensemble has performed numerous concerts and developed a wide-ranging repertoire, bringing together musicians with diverse artistic backgrounds and a shared commitment to the highest standards of performance.

Its repertoire spans more than eight centuries of music, from the Middle Ages to the 21st century, allowing Ensemble Conventi to move freely between early music, Classical and Romantic repertoire, modern works, and contemporary music. Rather than being defined by a single historical period or stylistic approach, the ensemble seeks to find the most compelling musical language for each work and each programme.

Ensemble Conventi performs in a variety of formations, from intimate chamber groups to larger instrumental and vocal projects. This flexibility makes it possible to create programmes built around contrasts, unexpected connections between different periods, and encounters between diverse musical languages.
